Relationship with the Roaster

Brian is a good guy. All our customers have direct access to him. He is the master craftsman/scientist behind the development of all our coffees. It’s a personal thing to him; he’s here striving to perfect each coffee for you. He also designs the brewing recipes and establishes the calibration of all the brewing equipment we install. This tight integration and discipline is how we can promise that your customers enjoy the same excellent results day after day that we get in our lab. That’s really all that matters—the final experience of the coffee. So talking to Brian (or having him train your employees) is a great way to deepen your coffee knowledge and improve your program.
