Coffee plants were first introduced to Costa Rica from Cuba in 1700s and began being commercially cultivated in the 1800s. Costa Rica was the first Central American country to commercially produce coffee. Coffee has been key to the development of their infrastructure and economy ever since. Costa Rica exports some of the top coffee grown world-wide and is a mainstay in the U.S. specialty market.
This Honduran decaf coffee is Fair Trade Organic, Rainforest Alliance, and Swiss Water Processed. We designed this roast profile to bring out notes of smooth caramel, vanilla, and cherry.
The Swiss Water Process is a patented process that removes the caffeine using only water. The flavor of the coffee remains delicious and consistent and avoids the unpleasant side effects that result when caffeine is removed using chemicals.

They display a wide range of tropical and citrus fruit flavors along with floral aromas. We roast this Sidamo region single origin to highlight notes of brown sugar, berry, peach and maple syrup.

We designed Vero to be a little darker roast than our average. It's a quality option for those that prefer a more traditional espresso. And it's delicious in larger drinks with milk and flavors.
The blending of the Sumatran and American origins produces a high level of consistency and quality that can be depended on for a continually enjoyable cup of coffee all year.
