This Honduran decaf coffee is Fair Trade Organic, Rainforest Alliance, and Swiss Water Processed. We designed this roast profile to bring out notes of smooth caramel, vanilla, and creamy body.
The Swiss Water Process is a patented process that removes the caffeine using only water. The flavor of the coffee remains delicious and consistent and avoids the unpleasant side effects that result when caffeine is removed using chemicals.
