Espresso Emilia has been our mainstay espresso for years! It's a wonderful blend of African and Central and South American coffees. We roast this blend to draw out hints of cocoa, hazelnut, and strawberry.
We serve Emilia every day in our downtown Wenatchee café as our primary espresso. It's a sweet, delicate espresso designed for straight shots and small drinks, but it is excellent in any brew method.
