Saddlerock Blend

This coffee is a delicious blend of Costa Rican and Ethiopian Coffees, highlighting smooth notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and a stonefruit sweetness as it cools.

We roast and blend the Saddlerock Blend to be complex and approachable, appealing to a broad range of palates, making it consistently one of the customer favorites in our downtown shop.

Sage Hills Blend

This coffee is a delicious blend of Honduran and Sumatran coffees. The resulting cup is full bodied, rich and syrupy with earthy notes of sage and cedar complemented by notes of baking spice, caramel and roasted nuts.

Squilchuck Blend

This coffee is a delicious blend of South and Central American coffees, highlighting smooth notes of chocolate with stonefruit sweetness.

We roast and blend Squilchuck to achieve a consistent, excellent flavor. This blend appeals to a broad range of coffee palates, making it a favorite at our downtown Wenatchee café.

Vero Espresso

This award winning, Fair Trade, Organic espresso is a combination of Sumatran and Central American coffees. We roast this coffee to achieve rich, dark chocolate notes and a syrupy, sweet body. We designed Vero to be a little darker roast than our average. It's a quality option for those that prefer a more traditional espresso. And it's delicious in larger drinks with milk and flavors.

The blending of the Sumatran and American origins produces a high level of consistency and quality that can be depended on for a continually enjoyable cup of coffee all year. Although we designed this blend as an espresso, it brews wonderfully as drip, a pour-over, French press or Aeropress.
