This coffee is a delicious blend of Honduran and Sumatran coffees. The resulting cup is full bodied, rich and syrupy with earthy notes of sage and cedar complemented by notes of baking spice, caramel and roasted nuts.

We roast and blend the Sage Hills Blend to be complex and approachable, appealing to a broad range of palates, making it consistently one of the customer favorites in our downtown shop.

Saddlerock Blend

This coffee is a delicious blend of Costa Rican and Ethiopian Coffees, highlighting smooth notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and a stonefruit sweetness as it cools.

Sumatra Mandheling

We roast this Organic Sumatra a little darker than our usual to draw out notes of cocoa and spice with a syrupy body and a balanced acidity. The unique green coffee processing style in Sumatra creates a wild, rich flavor profile specific to the region.

Sumatra, an Indonesian island, produces much of the nation’s coffee. Indonesia itself produces a fifth of the world's coffee.

Vero Espresso

This award winning, Fair Trade, Organic espresso is a combination of Sumatran and Central American coffees. We roast this coffee to achieve rich, dark chocolate notes and a syrupy, sweet body. We designed Vero to be a little darker roast than our average. It's a quality option for those that prefer a more traditional espresso. And it's delicious in larger drinks with milk and flavors.

The blending of the Sumatran and American origins produces a high level of consistency and quality that can be depended on for a continually enjoyable cup of coffee all year. Although we designed this blend as an espresso, it brews wonderfully as drip, a pour-over, French press or Aeropress.

Mission Ridge Blend

Notes of chocolate and cherry highlight bold flavors and a smooth finish in Mission Ridge's signature blend. Central American coffees meld and offer a sweet, smoky, and rich coffee experience.

With this blend Mission Ridge invites their guests to enjoy a delicious cup on-hill or in the warmth of their own home.

Decaf Signature Blend

This decaf coffee is Swiss Water Processed. We designed this roast profile to bring out notes of smooth caramel, vanilla, and a creamy body.

The Swiss Water Process is a patented process that removes the caffeine using only water. The flavor of the coffee remains delicious and consistent and avoids the unpleasant side effects that result when caffeine is removed using chemicals.

This coffee is what we serve for both our decaf espresso and drip coffee in the Mela cafe. It's great for making split-shot/half-caf drinks, drinking straight, or any other way that you might like to cut down on the caffeine and still enjoy your favorite coffee drinks.

Espresso Emilia

Espresso Emilia has been our mainstay espresso for years! It's a wonderful blend of Indonesian and South American coffees. We roast this blend to draw out hints of cocoa, hazelnut, and a smooth body.

We serve Emilia every day in our downtown Wenatchee café as our primary espresso. It's a sweet, delicate espresso designed for straight shots and small drinks, but it is excellent in any brew method.

Costa Rica Tarrazú

Costa Rican coffee is known for having a rounded body, clean acidity and floral aromatics. We roast this Costa Rican coffee to highlight notes of caramel, orange zest and almond.

Coffee plants were first introduced to Costa Rica from Cuba in 1700s and began being commercially cultivated in the 1800s. Costa Rica was the first Central American country to commercially produce coffee. Coffee has been key to the development of their infrastructure and economy ever since. Costa Rica exports some of the top coffee grown world-wide and is a mainstay in the U.S. specialty market.

Honduras COCAFCAL Las Capucas

This Honduras coffee is Certified Organic. Honduran coffee can exhibit a large range of different flavor profiles from sweet chocolaty flavors with a creamy body to citrus fruit flavors with a bright acidity and a medium body. We roast this profile to draw out deep chocolate, full body and a clean finish.

18th century European traders first introduced coffee to Honduras, and the country began to grow coffee commercially in the mid-19th century. Honduras produces more coffee than any other country in Central America and is the 7th highest producer world-wide.

Squilchuck Blend

This coffee is a delicious blend of South and Central American coffees, highlighting smooth notes of chocolate with stonefruit sweetness.

We roast and blend Squilchuck to achieve a consistent, excellent flavor. This blend appeals to a broad range of coffee palates, making it a favorite at our downtown Wenatchee café.

Ethiopia Guji Kercha

Ethiopian coffees are known for displaying a wide range of tropical and citrus fruit flavors along with floral aromas. This Natural Ethiopian Guji coffee from the Guracho Washing Station has wonderful notes of Blueberry, Caramel, Malt, and has a very syrupy, juicy body.

Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. Coffee was cultivated in Ethiopia in the 1500s, with farming practices remaining relatively unchanged to this day.
