Costa Rica was the first Central American country to commercially produce coffee. Coffee has been key to the development of their infrastructure and economy ever since. Costa Rica exports some of the top coffee grown world-wide and is a mainstay in the U.S. specialty market.

This Honduras coffee is Certified Organic. Honduran coffee can exhibit a large range of different flavor profiles from sweet chocolaty flavors with a creamy body to citrus fruit flavors with a bright acidity and a medium body. We roast this profile to draw out deep chocolate, full body and a clean finish.
18th century European traders first introduced coffee to Honduras, and the country began to grow coffee commercially in the mid-19th century. Honduras produces more coffee than any other country in Central America and is the 7th highest producer world-wide.
