Ethiopian coffees are arguably the most unique and distinct coffees in the world. Some of their flavors and characteristics are unique to Ethiopia. They display a wide range of tropical and citrus fruit flavors along with floral aromas. We roast this Sidama region single origin to highlight notes of brown sugar, orange, cashew and jasmine.
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. Coffee was cultivated in Ethiopia in the 1500s, with farming practices remaining relatively unchanged to this day.
